Radio Interference

A Customer has purchased 1X12V 300mm LED Touch Switch Strip Light in May, 2012. Since our Light is only used on 12V DC, the customer has purchased a transformer. He installed them under cabinet light in kitchen of RV. All the items worked very well for quite a long time. But one day, when he was hearing the pop music and washing the dishes, all of a sudden the LED Touch Switch Strip Light stopped working. The customer checked all the wires in RV and did everything what he could, but they still didn`t want to work. So he sent the items back to us. At first we tried to exchange the light and the transformer, but it did not work at all, then we checked again and found out it is a problem of Radio Interference. After fixing the transformer, all the items start working again.
Our LED Strip Light has a programmed touch switch, the transformer produces the Radio Interference, which will disturb the working of our light when it reaches to a value.
